Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected from the same individual, household, device, or IP address, all associated accounts will be closed.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Do not grant any third party access to your account. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, notify the bad11 support team immediately.
bad11 is not liable for any loss arising from negligence in account security. We protect your information through SSL encryption technology.
Account Verification (KYC)
During deposits and withdrawals, bad11 may request a national ID card, passport, or other valid documents for identity verification. Failure to provide this information may temporarily suspend the withdrawal process.
No claim on any bonus or promotional offer is established before verification is complete.
Account Closure and Suspension
bad11 reserves the right to suspend or close an account for the following reasons: breach of terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, suspicion of money laundering, or operating multiple accounts without authorization.

Financial Transaction Rules
All financial transactions on bad11 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The accepted payment methods on the platform are:

The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this timeframe may be extended during verification processes or under special circumstances.
bad11 reserves the right to hold any suspicious transaction. If evidence of money laundering or fraudulent activity is found, the associated account and funds may be forfeited.
Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms
Welcome Bonus
A 100% welcome bonus is provided on the first deposit at bad11, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
The welcome bonus is for new account holders only and is added automatically with the first deposit. No promo code is needed to receive this bonus.
Wagering Requirements
To withdraw a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met. You must complete bets worth 15 times the bonus amount. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus. Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture
bad11 reserves the right to cancel and forfeit bonuses in the following cases:
- Attempting to earn bonuses using multiple accounts.
- Attempting to earn bonuses through family members or members of the same household.
- Attempting to complete wagering through coordinated betting (arbitrage) or low-risk methods.
- Attempting to take advantage of bonuses through any fraudulent means.

Betting & Gaming Rules
General Betting Policy
All bets on bad11 are final and cannot be changed once confirmed. If an incorrect bet is processed due to a system error, bad11 reserves the right to void that bet.
Betting markets for cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports will be settled according to the outcome of the relevant event. In the event of any dispute, the decision of bad11 is final.
Casino and Slots Games
The outcome of all games in bad11 Casino is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play. There is no possibility of predetermining or manipulating game results.
Live casino games are operated through real-time dealers. In the event of a disconnection or technical issue, in-progress games will be settled according to the applicable rules.
Fraud and Dishonest Conduct Prohibited
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bad11 platform:
- Placing bets using software, bots, or automated tools.
- Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities.
- Placing bets through dishonest arrangements with other players.
- Participating in match fixing or sports event manipulation.
- Any form of cyberattack against the platform.
If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

VIP Tiers and Cashback Policy
bad11's VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Progression through VIP tiers depends on the player's activity and engagement on the platform. bad11 reserves the right to grant, modify, or withdraw VIP benefits. Cashback amounts and payment schedules may change.
VIP benefits are non-transferable and have no cash alternative. If an account is closed or suspended, any accumulated VIP points will be cancelled.
