Learn About Us
bad11 is built for players in Bangladesh — secure payments, support in Bengali, and a world-class gaming experience all in one place.
Our Story
bad11 was created with a simple purpose — to build a clean, secure, and fully Bengali-language online betting environment for sports fans and gaming enthusiasts in Bangladesh. People in this country love cricket, enjoy exciting games, and want to be served in their own language — bad11 has taken every step with those needs at the centre.
Our mission is to give every Bangladeshi player a world-class gaming experience where they feel comfortable and safe. We believe the best entertainment should be easy to access — without complicated interfaces, foreign-language barriers, or uncertain payments. That is why every section of bad11 — from cricket betting to live casino, slots to fishing games — is designed entirely with users in Bangladesh in mind.
We know that payment convenience is one of the most important things for people in Bangladesh. That is why bad11 supports the most familiar mobile banking methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — along with direct bank transfer. You can start with a deposit of just ৳200, and withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. We use SSL encryption to keep every transaction secure.
At the heart of bad11's values are honesty, transparency, and responsibility toward players. We state the terms of every bonus offer clearly — for example, our 100% welcome bonus calculates the wagering requirement on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined. Fair play is not a slogan for us; it is the foundation of how we operate.
Player protection is our top priority. bad11 is strictly for users aged 21 and above. We encourage responsible gaming practices and give players the ability to set their own limits. Our 24/7 live chat support is available in both Bengali and English, and our team is always ready for any issue or question.
At bad11 you will find content from the world's leading game providers — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and many more. Our VIP program has five tiers from Bronze to Diamond, where regular players can enjoy weekly cashback and special benefits. bad11 is not just a platform — it is a trusted partner for the online gaming community in Bangladesh.
